QBY stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pumpPowered by compressed air, QBY is a type of volumetric pump that undergoes volume changes due to the reciprocating deformation of a diaphragm. Its performance parameters are similar to those of ARO pneumatic diaphragm pumps from Ingersoll Rand, and its working principle is similar to that of a plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the diaphragm pump's working principle, QBY has the following features:

(1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump will not overheat: compressed air and electric motor are used as power, and during exhaust, it is a process of expansion and heat absorption. The temperature of the pneumatic pump decreases during operation, and no harmful gases are discharged.
(2) No electric sparks will be generated: Pneumatic diaphragm pumps do not use electricity as power and are grounded to prevent electrostatic sparks.
(3) It can be achieved through liquid containing particles: because it works in a volumetric manner and the inlet is a ball valve, it is not easily blocked.
(4) The shear force on logistics is extremely low: how to suck in and how to spit out during operation, so the agitation of materials is minimal, suitable for the transportation of unstable substances.

When transporting fluids that are prone to sedimentation and freezing, when the pump is not running for a period of time, it is necessary to rinse the inside and outside of the pump with a suitable solvent before stopping to avoid blockage and damage.
If the pump needs to be stopped for several hours during operation, please cut off the compressed air.
The flow rate of the pneumatic diaphragm pump can be adjusted by regulating the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air. You can also adjust the flow rate of the feed to control it. Please do not use hoses or feed pipes with too small a diameter to avoid excessive suction resistance and blockage of the feed pipe.
It is recommended to install all shut-off valves at the compressed air inlet of the driving pump when feeding with positive pressure.
Please install the pump firmly to avoid damage from vibration during operation.
