Overview
The Q series electric device is suitable for valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and dampers that can rotate 90 degrees. Power supply: conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz); Special, three-phase 660V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz); Single phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz) ambient temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special order -40~+80 ℃). Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (at 25 ℃). Protection type: Outdoor type used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. (See GB3836.1 for details) Protection level: IP55 (special orders IP65, IP67). Work schedule: Short 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders).

Q series partial rotary valve electric device

Partial rotary valve electric device, abbreviated as Q-type electric device. Q-type electrical installation is a driving device for opening, closing, or regulating valves. It is suitable for valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and dampers that can rotate 90 degrees.
This series of valve electric devices can be remotely controlled or operated on site. Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water plants, and sewage treatment.
The performance indicators of this product meet the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices", and the performance of the explosion-proof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB3836.2-2000 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment'd 'for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices"; According to the control method, it can be divided into conventional outdoor type, intelligent switch type, intelligent adjustment type, intelligent explosion-proof switch type, and intelligent explosion-proof adjustment type.
