QY Oil Immersed Submersible Pump Product Overview:
QY model oil filled small submersible electric pump(hereinafter referred to as electric pump), consisting of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The water pump is located above the electric pump and is a centrifugal or axial asynchronous motor. An internal integrated mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the electric motor, and an "O" - shaped oil rubber seal ring is used for static sealing at each fixed sealing point.

Purpose:
This series of electric pumps has a wide range of applications in terms of flow rate and head, making them suitable for electric drainage and irrigation equipment in rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises. They are suitable for agricultural drainage and irrigation, garden sprinkler irrigation, underground water lifting, water tower delivery, urban construction water use, etc.

1. The working medium is non corrosive clean water, and the sand content in the medium should not exceed 0.10%, with a water content greater than 0.20mm.
2. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 40 ℃, and the pH value of the medium should be between 6.5-8.5.
3. Electric pumps should be used within the range of use near the rated lifting range. And it should be fully immersed in water for use, with a diving depth not exceeding 3m and a maximum depth not exceeding 5m.
4. The electric pump should be at least 0.5m above the bottom of the water, but should not sink into the mud. Otherwise, it may cause an explosion.
5. The power frequency is three-phase 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
