The working principle of the vibrating screen is that when the exciter is started, the motor drives the eccentric block to rotate, generating centrifugal force. 2. Exciter: The exciter is the core component of the rotary vibrating screen, and the high-frequency vibration generated by the exciter causes continuous shaking of the screen box and mesh. The exciter is usually composed of a motor, eccentric block, bearings, etc. It transmits vibration to the sieve box and screen mesh through the action of rotation and centrifugal force.

3. Base: The base is used to support and fix the overall structure of the vibrating screen to ensure stable operation of the equipment. The base is usually made of steel plate and connected to the sieve box and exciter through bolts, forming a complete mechanical system.

4. Sieve: The sieve is an important component located inside the sieve box, used for screening materials. Screens are usually made of metal wires or synthetic fiber materials, with different pore sizes to meet the screening requirements of different materials. The type and specifications of the sieve can be selected based on the characteristics of the material and the screening accuracy.

5. Inlet and outlet: The rotary vibrating screen is equipped with inlet and outlet ports for the entry and exit of materials. The feed inlet is usually located above the center of the screening box, and materials enter the screening area through the feed inlet, while finer materials are discharged from the discharge outlet.
