Working principle of KC type rapid cleaner

When the dirt remover is working, the butterfly valve plate is fully open, and the medium enters the inside of the filter screen from the inlet, passes through the mesh filter, enters the outside of the filter screen, and exits the dirt remover through the outlet to enter the pipeline system. When the dirt remover discharges, the butterfly valve plate is in a closed state. The valve outside the discharge pipe is opened, and due to the pressure difference between the medium inside the dirt remover and outside the discharge pipe, the flow direction of the medium changes, flowing from the outside of the filter screen into the inside, playing a backwash role, and discharging impurities and dirt. During the discharge process, most of the medium still enters the pipeline system through the outlet, and the system does not shut down.
