Daily maintenance methods.
1. It is necessary to provide sufficient clean water inside the equipment before the initial operation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the machine empty.
2. The temperature controlled water tank of the equipment should be regularly replenished with water to prevent damage to the heater. The controller is equipped with a protective device. When the water level in the water tank is lower than the set value, the malfunction light on the control cabinet will light up and water should be replenished immediately.
3. If the power water source suddenly stops supplying water, the metering valve should be immediately closed.
4. The metering pump of the chlorine dioxide generator should stop feeding, and the water injector should continue to operate for more than one hour to allow the CLO2 gas in the reactor to be fully exhausted and prevent gas from overflowing from the inlet pipe.
5. When the material is rich in impurities and prone to blockage, attention should be paid to sorting and unblocking.
6. Chlorine dioxide has strong oxidizing properties, and the soft plastic pipes of equipment are prone to aging and poorly sealed, so they should be checked and replaced regularly.
