Structural composition: Y-shaped angle seat valves are usually composed of valve body, valve cover, valve core, valve seat, pneumatic actuator and other components.

Working Principle:

When the pneumatic actuator receives a gas source signal, the air pressure inside the pneumatic actuator will cause the valve core to move, changing the gap between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby adjusting the flow rate of the medium.

When the pneumatic actuator releases air, the spring or other mechanical device will cause the valve core to return to its original position, the valve will close, and the medium flow will stop.

Control signal: The pneumatic Y-shaped angle seat valve controls the action of the pneumatic actuator through the air source signal, achieving the function of valve opening and closing or flow regulation.

Valve seat design: The Y-shaped angle seat valve has an angled seat design, which increases the contact area between the valve core and the valve seat and improves the sealing performance.

Medium flow: The medium flows into the Y-shaped angle seat valve from the inlet, passes through the valve core and seat to control the flow rate, and is finally discharged from the outlet.
