2、 Handling method 
Currently, A2O is a widely used wastewater treatment process with high COD removal and nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency. By investing a relatively small amount of investment (3% to 7%) to transform the structure of the A2O process sewage treatment technology and innovate its process flow, sustainable and efficient COD removal and nitrogen and phosphorus removal effects can be achieved, resulting in effluent that meets Class A standards.

The A2O sewage treatment device is characterized by comprising the following equipment: anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, and secondary sedimentation tank. The anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, and secondary sedimentation tank are arranged in series. The anaerobic tank has an anaerobic tank and a second anaerobic tank, and the anoxic tank has an anoxic tank and a second anoxic tank. The anaerobic tank and the second anaerobic tank are arranged in parallel, and the anoxic tank and the second anoxic tank are arranged in parallel. The anaerobic tank and the anoxic tank are arranged in series, and the second anaerobic tank and the second anoxic tank are arranged in series.

A2O is characterized by comprising the following steps:

3、 Equipmentcharacteristic

1. Buried below the surface, the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes, without the need for building houses, heating, or insulation.

2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, which has a better treatment effect than mixed or two-stage series mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, stronger usability for water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and demolding by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.

3. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material, and the microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in low sludge production. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (using a manure truck to suction or dehydrate it into a sludge cake for external transportation).

4. The deodorization method of this geographical domestic sewage treatment equipment not only uses conventional high-altitude exhaust, but also includes soil deodorization measures.

5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which operates safely and reliably. 5、 Equipment installation

@According to the installation diagram and foundation diagram of the buried sewage treatment equipment, prepare the foundation based on the size and dimensions of the installation plan, prepare a concrete base plate, and ensure that the foundation is evenly pressurized5t/m2The foundation must be level and can only be installed after the maintenance period of the concrete foundation pouring is over. If the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be based on the dimensions in the drawing. At the same time, the excavation width and length around must be away from the foundation edge line500mmAbove, for the purpose of pipeline installation.

@The installation and connection of pipelines should be considered when the equipment is in place. When the equipment is in place, it must be installed according to the self weight of the equipment in the instruction manual, in accordance with the tonnage size of the crane. The installation sequence should be in place according to the on-site reference diagram. The position and direction of the cylinder must not be placed incorrectly, and the spacing between them must be correct.

Be protected from sun exposure, rain, etc. To prevent electric leakage and burning of the control board and wiring terminals.
