Due to the variable voltage output range, FlowCountPRORadioactive HPLC flow detectorCan be connected to existing chromatographic data systems (20mV/2V) and pulse output (up to 500kHz). The included RaPET chromatography software can be used to control detection parameters and record and analyze signals from the equipment.
RaPETChromatography software (optional)
RaPET chromatography software is a comprehensive chromatographic data collection and analysis software package. The evaluation software is very reliable and easy to use. It consists of a protected database that ensures documents comply with GMP requirements and comply with 21 CFR Part 11.

There are multiple interchangeable detectors, brackets, and flow cells that provide flexibility for the system to measure various isotopes and radioactivity.
FlowCountPRO can be connected to specially configured photomultiplier tubes and/or PIN diode detectors to detect high and low activity levels of gamma, high-energy positrons, and beta emitters. Reduce background interference through variable energy window settings. Micro detectors (diodes and analog) can be installed in small locations and can operate at a distance of 12 feet from the base unit, making shielding easier.
Based on the type and activity of the nuclide, the operator can optimize the setting of the flow cell.

B-FC-3100 Low Energy Gamma Probe: Energy Detection Range: 10-60KeV gamma, Standard Background Radiation: 200-300 cpm, based detector is a low energy gamma (10 – 60 keV) detector used primarily for 125I. Suitable for 125I detection;
B-FC-3200 high-energy gamma probe: energy detection range:>60KeV gamma, standard background radiation: 1500-2000 cpm, suitable for measuring technetium-99m and iodine-131;
B-FC-3600 High and Low Energy Beta Probe: Energy detection range:>30KeV gamma and beta, suitable for positron nuclei such as F-18, C-11, and 32P, 90Y high energy beta
