Rear bend high-efficiency circulating fan deviceThe scientific name is an insertion type circulating fan, equipped with a rear curved high-efficiency blade design impeller. This type of impeller has a variable width and non variable diameter design. The fan is generally designed with a belt drive and is equipped with plates ranging from 50mm to 150mm or even thicker. The fan can be equipped with both volute and non volute designs, and all transmission components have complete protective measures. The maximum design temperature of this fan can reach 800 degrees Celsius. It can also be designed as a direct drive, equipped with a specialized cooling and insulation system, allowing it to withstand up to 800 degrees Celsius in its direct connection form.
Maintain work system
1. The fan must be used and maintained by a dedicated person.
2. Fans are not allowed to operate with defects.
3. Regularly remove dust inside the fan, especially impurities such as dust and dirt on the impeller, to prevent rust and imbalance.
4. Wind turbine maintenance must emphasize the importance of first cutting off power and stopping the machine.
5. Regularly check the sensitivity of thermometers and oil gauges.
6. In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each disassembly and repair, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 3-6 months under normal circumstances.
Rear bend high-efficiency circulating fan deviceapplication
This type of fan is generally used for circulating a large amount of gas with temperature inside the box. For example, facilities such as air curtains, air heaters, suction air circulation, wall and floor static pressure boxes, degreasers, dryers, evaporators for dust collectors, freezers, kilns, furnaces, packaging air conditioners, washing machine accessories, attic rooms, smoking rooms, space heaters, painting, and other high-temperature applications.
Due to the widespread use of high-pressure fans, their selection is also relatively complex. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed:
1. Need to determine what function of the high-pressure fan is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure fan; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;
2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure fan model based on the working curve;
