Ring scraping self-cleaning filterThe principle water enters through the inlet, first passing through a coarse filter to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaching a fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction. The combination of axial and rotational motion of the suction device thoroughly cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process only takes a few tens of seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The filter is preparing for the next flushing cycle.

The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference. By monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet through a differential pressure switch, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process. After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians to set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and the filter starts to work normally. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtration process begins.

Fully automatic scraper self-cleaning filter:

The GZ series fully automatic scraper self-cleaning filter developed and produced by the Shanghai brand "Luda Filter" company consists of a filter body and a control part. The filter body includes a housing, filter element, scraper, and drain. The motor is divided into motor drive, cylinder drive, manual operation, etc. The filter housing is made of stainless steel, 304 and 316L, etc.

Main components:

The filter element is made of imported 316L wedge-shaped wire mesh, which has strong corrosion resistance and pressure resistance, with a filtration accuracy of 30-1500 microns (500-10 mesh).

The scraper is made of stainless steel frame and PTFE material blade. The PTFE components in contact with the filter element are wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and resistant to various organic solvents, with a temperature of up to 230 ℃.

The sewage department is responsible for discharging the particles intercepted by the filter through the sewage outlet.
