Ring scraping self-cleaning filterIt is a precision equipment that uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in water, remove suspended solids and particulate matter, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, and reduce the production of system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., in order to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Water enters the self-cleaning filter body through the inlet, and due to intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send a signal to the discharge valve for automatic discharge.

Ring scraping self-cleaning filterThe principle water enters through the inlet, first passing through a coarse filter to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaching a fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which the clean water supply continues to flow. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cartridge and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the suction pipe to spiral along the axial direction. The combination of axial and rotational motion of the suction device thoroughly cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process only takes a few tens of seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The filter is preparing for the next flushing cycle.

The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference. By monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet through a differential pressure switch, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process. After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians to set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time.
