Any unit or individual that uses well water or river water as their water source can use this product to desander the water they use. It mainly consists of three parts: a cyclone chamber, a sedimentation chamber, and a sand storage tank. When the water flow enters the equipment in a tangential direction from the sand removal inlet under a certain pressure, strong rotational motion is generated. Due to the difference in sand and density, the low density water rises and is discharged through the outlet under the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy force, and fluid drag force. The high density sand particles are discharged through the discharge outlet at the bottom of the equipment, thus achieving the purpose of sand removal. It has the advantages of high sand removal rate, saving installation space, low leakage rate for individual small solids, and stable working state.

Precautions
1Cyclone desanderIt should be installed on the main pipeline of the water supply network and fixed on the base, and a bypass should be added between the inlet and outlet pipes.
2. To ensure a smooth inflow of water, a straight pipe with the same diameter as the inlet should be installed before the equipment inlet, with a length equivalent to 10-15 times the diameter of the inlet.
3. Sufficient maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment during installation.
4. During normal operation, it is necessary to open the inlet and outlet valves, close the drain valve and bypass valve.
5. Regularly discharge sand and remove dirt based on the sand content of the source water. When discharging, open the discharge valve until clear water flows out. The discharge process does not affect the normal water use of the system.
6. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve.
If the sand discharge pressure is insufficient, the valve at the outlet should be closed.
