5. Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust it from small to large to the required flow rate of L/min for the outlet;

6. Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.
