The system is divided into two inlet channels, one into the water tank and the other into the stabilizer. When the water consumption is low and the tap water service pressure is high, the intelligent integrated pump station directly draws water from the tap water pipeline network and supplies water by stacking. When the tap water service pressure is low, the boosting device starts to work, pressurizing the water in the water tank to the set service pressure and compensating for the difference, thereby achieving the goal of energy saving, no secondary pollution, and constant pressure water supply. There is no impact on the municipal water supply network.

The SBLW-X fully automatic box type non negative pressure variable frequency water supply equipment detects the outlet pressure in real time through a pressure sensor, compares the detected value with the set value, and determines the number of motors and pumps to be put into operation and the output frequency of the frequency converter (reflected as the motor and pump speed), in order to achieve the purpose of constant pressure water supply. When the pressure fluctuation of the tap water network causes the pressure value to be lower than the normal pressure value, and the inflow is temporarily lower than the outflow, the system automatically closes the stabilizing device to a suitable position and starts the boosting device to pressurize through multi-point water intake. It knows that the inlet pressure has reached the normal pressure value of the municipal tap water network, ensuring that the equipment has sufficient water intake to meet the user's water demand.

The system can achieve fully automatic control, with functions such as manual/automatic switching, timed rotation of main and auxiliary pumps, pressure adjustment, constant voltage, high and low voltage protection, under phase protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheating protection, water shortage protection, stopping without water, and instantaneous trip protection.
