1. Product Introduction
Epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformers are manufactured using international design, production, and testing equipment according to strict processes. The products have the characteristics of high reliability and long service life.
According to different usage environments, different protection levels of enclosures can be configured or no enclosures can be configured.
This product is suitable for important or special environmental places such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, ships, etc.

3. Process characteristics
The iron core is made of Shanghai Baosteel 30P105 and 120 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a 45 degree stepped fully inclined joint structure. The three shear and two punch iron core corner cutting process and five step step cutting and stacking process are used to improve the magnetic flux distribution at the joint and reduce the vibration energy of the iron core. The integrated solidification of the iron core and the sealing process with insulating resin on the surface have reduced no-load losses, no-load flow, and iron core noise.
The G-voltage coil is wound with F-grade insulated wires, and larger capacity coils are equipped with heat dissipation ducts along the axial direction. This structure has good resistance to current shock, temperature changes, cracking, and excellent heat dissipation performance. Adopting a multi-stage segmented cylindrical structure, it has a strong ability to withstand overvoltage and a very low level of partial discharge. The coil is poured after vacuum drying, and the entire pouring and curing process is completed according to the pre planned process curve. The precise process ensures that the coil has no pores or voids.
The low-voltage coil adopts a foil structure, which reliably solves the problem of unbalanced turns in low voltage and high current coils using wire winding. At the same time, the foil coil does not have axial turns or axial winding helix angles, reducing the axial force of the transformer during short circuit and ensuring that the current density inside the coil can be freely adjusted along the axial direction according to the load distribution of the G-voltage coil, reducing the radial force during sudden low-voltage short circuit. The end of the wound coil is sealed and cured with resin to prevent the entry of various foreign objects and moisture.
