SGEP-1000S Continuous Automatic Monitoring System for Environmental Air Particulate Matter (PM10/PM2.5)

Product Introduction

This system adopts the principle of beta ray radiation absorption method. Using low-energy C14 as a beta radiation source, the radiation passes through clean filter paper and filter paper with particulate matter collected twice before and after particulate matter collection. Based on the energy change of the beta radiation received by the beta radiation detector, the mass concentration of particulate matter is calculated.

1、PM_2.5The particulate matter online monitoring system has passed the "Environmental Air Particulate Matter (PM)₁₀And PM_2.5）Tested according to the "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Continuous Automatic Monitoring Systems" (HJ 653-2021) standard and obtained a testing report and certificate, becoming one of the first five enterprises in China to pass the new standard testing;

2. Adopting the analysis principle of β - ray+DHS (dynamic heating system), one of the recommended methods by the national central station;

3. Using a low-density, low activity, and long half-life (5700 years) C14 source, it is safe and reliable, and will not cause radioactive contamination;

4. The instrument adopts a continuous detection method of sampling and detection at the same position, with accurate measurement, convenient maintenance, and long service life of the paper tape;

5. The flow rate has temperature and pressure compensation functions, ensuring automatic constant current sampling under different resistances;

6. Equipped with data tagging function, it can tag maintenance, calibration, faults or other abnormal situations;

7. Equipped with the function of leaving operation traces, personnel's operations are automatically recorded and saved, forming operation records;

8. It has the function of leaving a trace after parameter modification, which can record and output the modified parameter records.
