SGEP-300H2The S laser online monitoring system is a series of tunable laser online monitoring systems developed by our company for domestic industrial online analysis and environmental protection online monitoring. The system provides on-site bypass installation and can perform online analysis under various complex working conditions, including O2、 CO、C2H2、 NH3、 CO2、 CH4、 H2O、HCl、HF、H2Various gases, including S, have concentrations ranging from trace to constant.

Product features:

1. Not affected by background gas

The spectral width of the semiconductor laser used in semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy technology is less than 0.001nm, much smaller than the spectral width of one absorption line of the measured gas. At the same time, when selecting the absorption spectral line, it is ensured that there are no absorption spectral lines of background gas components in the measurement environment within a range of about 10 times the spectral line width near the selected absorption spectral line frequency, thereby avoiding cross absorption interference of these background gas components on the measured gas and ensuring measurement accuracy.

2. Not affected by dust interference

Using the subtraction algorithm, the impact of light intensity attenuation caused by dust and window pollution on gas measurement concentration is deducted to ensure the accuracy of the data.
