The diameter of solid particles and impurities in the transported material cannot exceed 10mm, and the content cannot exceed 5%. The temperature of the medium conveyed by the water pump cannot exceed 80 ° C, and the inlet pressure cannot exceed 0.6Mpa.

The installation form of SH type single-stage double suction split pump is horizontal installation, consisting of pump body, pump cover, pump shaft, impeller, sealing ring, bearing components, shaft seal and other parts. Among them, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, packing or machine seal are vulnerable parts. The import and export direction is flat in and flat out, and both are below the centerline of the water pump shaft. In this way, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet ports and motor when repairing the pump. The return groove of the pump cover has been changed to an external pipe water seal. The suction and discharge ports are both located below the centerline of the pump shaft, and the pump body is horizontally split. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal; It can also be changed to a mechanical seal.

A unique structural feature of the SH type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is that it has only one impeller but two flow channels, which increases the flow rate of the conveyed liquid.
