The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine and have good grounding measures.

After a circuit or electrical equipment malfunction, it should be repaired by professionals. Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer can cause certain quality problems.

4. When used in an environment with children, close attention should be paid.

During use, it is strictly prohibited to insert fingers into the gaps of movement.

Firstly, add a certain amount of water to the box (it is advisable to submerge the vibrating plate), and clamp the sample that needs to be cultured by oscillation on the tray.

1. Pinching the speed range for medium use can extend the service life of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a stable ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the smallest position.

4. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the instrument and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

Connect the external power supply, turn the power switch to the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the smallest position, the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.

　　Set temperature:Press the SET key to set or view the temperature setpoint. Press the SET key once to start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the △ ▽ key to increase or decrease the set value. Long press the △ or ▽ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. After the temperature setting is completed, the heating indicator light will start to light up.

　　Correction of errors:When confirming that the value displayed on the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the deep menu of the instrument panel. The * parameter that appears and flashes is E00, which is the advance amount. Press the SET button again and the flashing parameter -0.1 is the error correction parameter. Use the △ or ▽ button to modify this parameter. The correction range for errors is -9.9 ℃ to+9.9 ℃. After correction, press the SET button to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0.0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, it is necessary to prevent correcting the instrument that displays correctly to be incorrect.

　　4： Maintenance and upkeep

Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.

During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling into the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.

The bearings of the rotating part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (Calcium Nanobase No.1) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

4. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon.
