SHG type driving mud scraper

purpose
The driving type rake scraper is used in the horizontal sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants to scrape and collect the sludge that has settled on the bottom of the tank into the sludge tank for sludge reflux or concentration and dewatering. The floating slag on the water surface is then directed towards the slag collection hopper and discharged outside the tank through the floating slag funnel for further treatment.

Construction and working process
The driving type rake scraper is shown in Figure-1: it consists of a working bridge, a rolling mechanism, a scraper truss, a driving mechanism, a floating slag scraper, a scraper rake, an electrical box, etc.
This machine is supported by four points and spans across the level surface. Tracks are laid on both sides of the pool, and the mud scraper runs along the tracks on the pool platform. When the mud scraper runs, the mud scraper plate scrapes the sediment into the mud collection tank, and the slag scraper plate scrapes the floating slag into the slag hopper; On the return trip, the scraper rake is lifted off the bottom of the pool by the hoisting mechanism, and the scraper plate is lifted off the water surface by the electric push rod, completing one stroke.
