Overview
Product details SHWB type electrostatic precipitator technology introduction: This product is developed based on the domestically produced CDPK electrostatic precipitator, combined with the advantages of introducing EE company's electrostatic precipitator technology from the United States. It is also a horizontal electrostatic precipitator with advanced domestic level. Working principle of SHWB type electrostatic precipitator: An electrostatic precipitator is a dust removal device that uses electrostatic force to separate particles from airflow. The main body of the electrostatic precipitator is a high-voltage electric field, which is supplied by a high-voltage power supply unit with high-voltage pulsating DC electricity. The low-voltage control cabinet controls the low-voltage equipment, and the captured dust is sent to the silo by the ash unloading device. The dust removal process of an electrostatic precipitator can be divided into three stages: dust charging: applying a direct current high voltage between the discharge electrode and the dust collection electrode, causing corona discharge on the discharge electrode, gas ionization, and generating a large number of free electrons and positive ions. Positive ions in the so-called corona zone near the discharge electrode are immediately attracted by the corona electrode and lose their charge. Free electrons and negative ions are driven by the electric field force to move towards the dust collector and fill the majority of the space between the two poles. When the dusty airflow passes through the electric field space, free electrons and negative ions collide with the dust and attach to it, achieving the charging of the dust. Dust deposition: Charged dust is driven towards the surface of the dust collection electrode by Coulomb force in an electric field, releasing the carried charge and depositing on it. Dust cleaning: When the dust on the surface of the dust collector settles to a certain thickness, it is removed by mechanical vibration or other methods and falls into the lower ash hopper. Placing electrodes can also attach a small amount of dust, and cleaning should be carried out at regular intervals. Finally, the dust collected in the ash hopper is transported out by the ash unloading device, achieving the entire process of exhaust gas purification and dust removal. product details

Introduction to SHWB type electrostatic precipitator technology:
This product is a horizontal electrostatic precipitator developed based on the domestically produced CDPK electrostatic precipitator, combined with the advantages of introducing the electrostatic precipitator technology from the American EE company, and has advanced domestic level.
Working principle of SHWB type electrostatic precipitator:
Electric dust collector is a dust removal device that uses electrostatic force to separate particles from airflow. The dust removal process of an electrostatic precipitator can be divided into three stages:
Dust charging: Applying a direct current high voltage between the discharge electrode and the dust collection electrode causes corona discharge on the discharge electrode, resulting in gas ionization and the generation of a large number of free electrons and positive ions.
Basic structure of SHWB electrostatic precipitator:

The electrostatic precipitator system consists of the electrostatic precipitator body, high-voltage power supply unit, low-voltage control cabinet, inlet and outlet horn mouth, and ash unloading device. The electrostatic precipitator body includes a shell, cathode system, anode system, anode cathode vibration system, ash hopper, and stair platform.
