Main functions of the bottom emulsifier:
This series of bottom emulsifiers is designed for mass production, using a claw type bite, double and play material structure to avoid dead corners and vortex phenomena caused by the difficulty of inhaling upper materials. The bottom emulsifier is an online circulating emulsifier with strong shear force, high homogenization fineness, and good emulsification effect, thereby improving production efficiency and dispersion emulsification quality.
The Shenbao type bottom emulsifier adopts efficient, fast, and uniform distribution of one or more phases into another continuous phase, and under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible with each other. Due to the high tangential velocity generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are instantly uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified under the joint action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. After high-frequency cyclic reciprocating, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Detailed working principle of the bottom emulsifier:
Bottom emulsifier is a crushing, emulsifying and homogenizing equipment installed at the bottom of the reaction kettle. It is generally used in conjunction with intermittent emulsifiers, pipeline emulsifiers and other equipment to enhance its effectiveness and effectively solve 100% of the bottom sediment that cannot be solved by other equipment through grinding, crushing, emulsification, mixing, homogenization, dispersion and other treatments.
The bottom emulsifier uses strong centrifugal force to shake the material radially from the narrow and precise gap between the rotor and rotor, while also being subjected to centrifugal compression, impact, and other forces to initially disperse and emulsify the material.
The bottom emulsifier generates a linear velocity of at least 15m/s at the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, which can reach up to 50m/s, and forms strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, allowing the material to be fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed, and ejected through the stator slot. The material is continuously ejected radially at high speed. Under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall, the flow direction is changed, and at the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, two strong turbulent flows are formed, one above and one below. The material undergoes several cycles and finally completes the processes of dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and wet material mixing.

Introduction to the working principle of SJ series high shear mixing emulsifier

The SJ series high shear mixing and dispersing emulsifier is widely used by users due to its six significant features of high-speed mixing, dispersion, rapid refinement, dissolution, homogenization, and emulsification. Mechanical and hydraulic high-speed shear force is the key to the success of the SJ series. The high-speed rotating rotor and stator are precisely matched, generating high shear line velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects, which bring about mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, ensuring that materials can withstand hundreds of thousands of shear cuts per minute. When the material is exhausted, the precision gap between the rotor and stator is subjected to strong centrifugal compression, shear, spray, liquid layer friction, collision, tearing refinement, and complex liquid flows such as turbulence, turbulence, and eddy currents. Under the joint action of corresponding mature process conditions, immiscible liquid phase, liquid gas phase, and liquid solid phase are instantly uniformly and finely mixed, dispersed, refined, and emulsified. This cycle repeats to obtain high-quality products.
The high-speed rotor and tightly matched stator generate centrifugal force, which sucks materials into the stator chamber from the lower or upper lower parts.
The rotor brings the material into the stator gap, and the material is subjected to centrifugal compression. When it passes through the stator head (long length L, mesh or circular hole), it produces a violent spray and withstands strong mechanical or hydraulic shear. At the same time, new material is continuously brought into the stator cavity at the center of the rotor, forming cyclic shear.
The material sprayed from all directions rebounds after hitting the groove wall, forming phenomena such as circulating logistics, turbulence, and turbulence. The liquid layer rubs, collides, tears, and refines, ultimately completing the process of mixing, dispersing, refining, and homogenization.
