The SJ-500 series kettle type high shear mixing and dispersing emulsifier can be fixedly installed on the kettle in two ways: center installation, side installation, etc. According to the different working conditions of the kettle's external head structure, flat cover structure, and the pressure, negative pressure, and high temperature inside the kettle, reliable sealing device and balanced alignment of the upper and lower flanges are the key to this machine. It is crucial to choose the correct power and model based on the kettle's external dimensions and the performance of the materials inside the kettle. The SJ-500 series is equipped with domestic famous brand motors and customized with various domestic famous brand sealing devices. The bearing inside the sealing chamber is a domestic famous brand bearing, and the height of the fixed rotor from the bottom of the kettle is generally 2-3 times the diameter of the rotor. (Suitable for working in containers at room temperature, atmospheric pressure, pressure, and negative pressure)

Introduction to the working principle of SJ series high shear mixing emulsifier
The SJ series high shear mixing and dispersing emulsifier is widely used by users due to its six significant features of high-speed mixing, dispersion, rapid refinement, dissolution, homogenization, and emulsification. Mechanical and hydraulic high-speed shear force is the key to the success of the SJ series. The high-speed rotating rotor and stator are precisely matched, generating high shear line velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects, which bring about mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, ensuring that materials can withstand hundreds of thousands of shear cuts per minute. When the material is exhausted, the precision gap between the rotor and stator is subjected to strong centrifugal compression, shear, spray, liquid layer friction, collision, tearing refinement, and complex liquid flows such as turbulence, turbulence, and eddy currents. Under the joint action of corresponding mature process conditions, immiscible liquid phase, liquid gas phase, and liquid solid phase are instantly uniformly and finely mixed, dispersed, refined, and emulsified. This cycle repeats to obtain high-quality products.
The high-speed rotor and tightly matched stator generate centrifugal force, which sucks materials into the stator chamber from the lower or upper lower parts.
The rotor brings the material into the stator gap, and the material is subjected to centrifugal compression. When it passes through the stator head (long length L, mesh or circular hole), it produces a violent spray and withstands strong mechanical or hydraulic shear. At the same time, new material is continuously brought into the stator cavity at the center of the rotor, forming cyclic shear.
The material sprayed from all directions rebounds after hitting the groove wall, forming phenomena such as circulating logistics, turbulence, and turbulence. The liquid layer rubs, collides, tears, and refines, ultimately completing the process of mixing, dispersing, refining, and homogenization.
