Mechanical and hydraulic high-speed shear force is the key to the success of the SJ series. The high-speed rotating rotor and stator are precisely matched, generating high shear line velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects, which bring about mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, ensuring that materials can withstand hundreds of thousands of shear cuts per minute. When the material is exhausted, the precision gap between the rotor and stator is subjected to strong centrifugal compression, shear, spray, liquid layer friction, collision, tearing refinement, and complex liquid flows such as turbulence, turbulence, and eddy currents. Under the joint action of corresponding mature process conditions, immiscible liquid phase, liquid gas phase, and liquid solid phase are instantly uniformly and finely mixed, dispersed, refined, and emulsified. The high-speed rotor and tightly matched stator generate centrifugal force, which sucks materials into the stator chamber from the lower or upper lower parts.
