principle

◆Directly suck in and discharge the working medium (yellow) through the reciprocating motion of the plunger. Choosing the appropriate plunger material and sealing form can ensure ideal performance of the pump during operation, as both the plunger and seal come into contact with the medium.

◆ The plunger pump head has a simple structure, is economical, and has high measurement accuracy, requiring the selection and maintenance of good seals. The lateral automatic centering between the plunger and the seal ensures minimal wear between the two. The plunger material includes stainless steel and oxidized ceramics, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high hardness and wear resistance.
