The SPR-HK-PLC200 ultra-high frequency intelligent digital environment control system is designed based on the operating environment of power equipment, personal safety, and energy conservation. It integrates monitoring and control of environmental factors such as ventilation, cooling, drying, pollution prevention, noise reduction, and safety through a programmable controller, focusing on solving problems such as condensation pollution flash, local overheating, and flood prevention warning. It comprehensively manages complex environmental problems in relatively enclosed spaces, effectively improves the operating conditions of substation equipment, and achieves the best operating environment. This system can achieve real-time monitoring of multi-point environmental data, and after processing by the main control system, regulate ventilation and dehumidification equipment according to set or automatically generated control strategies, as well as drive fans and airflow control components to achieve airflow guidance and flow rate control. It can improve the microclimate environment of high-voltage rooms and cable trenches, as well as provide flood warning and drainage, and control and optimize the operating environment of switchgear.
1. System features
Systematic Environmental Monitoring - Integrating and balancing various environmental factors that affect substation equipment and their control requirements for ventilation, cooling, pollution prevention, drying, flood prevention, etc. through a centralized controller, and developing corresponding control strategies for different application conditions.
Indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, and indoor oxygen content data collection - Reasonably arrange or set up multiple sensors to provide high-quality data sources for intelligent environmental control.
Indoor humidity control and condensation prevention - active cooling and dehumidification, without the need for external dry air replacement, can reduce indoor air moisture content; Actively control the airflow direction to balance the humidity inside and outside the power equipment, reduce the entry of humid air into the cabinet, and disrupt condensation conditions from the source.
Indoor temperature control - actively control the airflow direction to introduce air from the cable trench (warm in winter and cool in summer) into the room, maintain temperature and humidity balance, and save energy; Effective control of airflow is achieved through "displacement" technology measures, guiding the airflow of cold air horizontally surrounding and hot air vertically rising. Through forced convection (wall fans, electric windows), effective heat exchange processes are achieved to dissipate heat from the equipment.
Indoor ventilation - Due to odors, smoke, humidity, etc. indoors, the system will intelligently and automatically ventilate based on outdoor air quality, ensuring daily ventilation according to control strategies.
◎ Cable trench flood prevention alarm - When the water accumulation in the indoor cable trench reaches a certain level and is about to threaten the normal operation of the station, the system will automatically notify the relevant personnel of the substation and start the drainage pump automatically.
Remote inquiry - Staff can remotely inquire about relevant information within the station, such as indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, indoor oxygen content, water immersion and dehumidification in cable trenches, indoor and trench smoke, and other abnormal situations.
◎ Automatic system alarm and intelligent processing - Once there is an abnormal situation in the indoor operating environment, the system will automatically alarm and send the alarm information to authorized mobile phones. At the same time, the system can intelligently process and reduce accidents caused by environmental factors.
