The SPR-HK-TY200 intelligent dehumidifier can be used to solve the problem of large environmental humidity in high-voltage rooms and cable trenches. The system monitors environmental data in real-time, processes it through the main control system, and regulates the dehumidification equipment according to the set or automatically generated control strategy. It also drives the fan and airflow control components to achieve airflow guidance and flow rate control, improve the microclimate environment in high-voltage rooms and cable trenches, and control and optimize the operating environment of switchgear.
1. System features
Indoor temperature and humidity data collection - Real time monitoring of temperature and humidity affecting high-voltage rooms and cable trenches, and developing corresponding control strategies based on environmental requirements and conditions.
Indoor humidity control and condensation prevention - active cooling and dehumidification, without the need for external dry air replacement, can reduce indoor air moisture content; Actively control the airflow direction to balance the humidity inside and outside the power equipment, reduce the entry of humid air into the cabinet, and destroy condensation conditions from the source; Filter indoor air to create a positive pressure and dust-free environment, reducing equipment pollution.
Indoor temperature control - actively control the airflow direction to introduce air from the cable trench (warm in winter and cool in summer) into the room, maintain temperature and humidity balance, and save energy; Effective control of airflow is achieved through "displacement" technology measures, guiding the airflow of cold air horizontally surrounding and hot air vertically rising. Through forced convection (wall fans, electric windows), effective heat exchange processes are achieved to dissipate heat from the equipment.
System automation - adopting fully automated control without manual intervention; Event signal release or power outage restart will automatically restore normal operation.
