The filter material of this product mainly includes stainless steel porous plate, stainless steel woven mesh, and stainless steel sintered mesh.
Structural principle:
The straight through T-shaped filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but it should be noted that the direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the housing. When installed vertically, the water flow direction should be from top to bottom. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain specification of filter screen, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is easy to use and maintain.

Types of T-shaped filters:
There are three types of straight through T-type filters: straight through, forward flow, and reverse flow. The forward flow straight through T-type filter and the reverse flow straight through T-type filter are basically the same in appearance, structure, size, and function. The major difference lies in the installation of the filter cartridge's wire mesh. The forward flow wire mesh is installed inside the filter cartridge, while the reverse flow wire mesh is installed outside the filter cartridge. When filtering with forward flow, it is usually from the inside out, and when filtering with reverse flow, it is usually from the outside in. The SRTIV4 DC T-type filter is a pipeline filter, mainly composed of a housing, filter screen, flange, flange cover, and fasteners. It can remove large solid impurities in the fluid when installed on the pipeline, enabling machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments to work and operate normally, achieving stable process and ensuring safe production. Overview of SRTII4 Reflux T-type Filter:
The SRTII4 anti reflux T-shaped filter is suitable for small filtration equipment in pipelines where the flow direction of the medium changes by 90 degrees to remove a small amount of solid particles from the fluid. It can protect the normal operation of compressors, pumps, instruments, and valves. The shell material of this product includes carbon steel, chromium molybdenum steel, stainless steel, etc. The material selection is generally based on the corrosion of the medium on the material.
The filter mesh material of SRTII4 anti reflux T-shaped filter is stainless steel, with 30 mesh/inch as the standard mesh, which can intercept solid particles with a particle size of ≥ 614 μ m. The filter mesh can also be made according to user requirements. This product is a filtration equipment for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other fields.
