SY-DJZ multi-media filter is a process that uses one or several filter media to pass high turbidity water through a certain thickness of granular or non granular materials under a certain pressure, effectively removing suspended impurities and clarifying water. Commonly used filter media include quartz sand, anthracite, manganese sand, etc., mainly used for water treatment turbidity removal, softening water, and pre-treatment of pure water. The effluent turbidity can reach below three degrees. The material of the multi-media filter can be made of fiberglass or all stainless steel. There are two types of operation modes: fully automatic and manual. Automatic control adopts automatic controllers and pneumatic and hydraulic valves imported from the United States. It is easy to operate and maintain, and has been widely used in pre-treatment devices of water treatment processes in various industries.
