1、 Overview:
Hall effect speed sensor is a small enclosed speed sensor. It has the advantages of stable performance, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and wide temperature range for use. The principle is that when the magnetic field lines pass through the sensing element on the sensor, a Hall potential is generated, which is amplified and shaped by the Hall chip to generate a force electrical signal for use by the secondary instrument. It is connected to the measured shaft through a coupling, and when the shaft rotates, the angle of rotation is converted into a pulse signal for use by the secondary instrument. This sensor has the characteristics of small size, simple structure, no contacts, low starting torque, long service life, high reliability, good frequency characteristics, and can be continuously measured.

4、 Precautions for use:
1. During installation, the threads of the sensor housing must not be damaged, the hexagonal nut should rotate freely, and there should be no looseness when the hexagonal nut is tightened.
2. It is advisable to ensure that the tested gear does not come into contact with the sensor during installation. And it can minimize the gap as much as possible to improve the output signal amplitude.
