SYXC-J right angle typeElectromagnetic Pulse ValveThis type of pulse valve is used for blowing and cleaning dust in pulse bag filters. The air inlet and outlet of this type of pulse valve are directly connected to the pipe with threads, and the two pipes form a 90 degree angle, so it is usually called an angle valve.
The inlet of the pulse valve is connected to the air bag, and the outlet is connected to the spray pipe. When connecting, PTFE tape should be filled between the threads to ensure sealing. When connecting, it should also be noted that the length of the threaded intake end should not exceed the "F" size given in the attached figure and Table 2, in order to avoid affecting the injection air volume.

Structural characteristics of SYXC-J right angle electromagnetic pulse valve:
The valve body and valve cover of the electromagnetic pulse valve are made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and after surface treatment, they have good performance. The membrane and sealing gasket are vulcanized and compounded using a new process. The electromagnetic pilot head is composed of good magnetic materials and stainless steel magnetic isolation materials, and the spring and fasteners are made of stainless steel materials. The connecting pipe of the air distribution box (air bag) and the spray pipe of the dust collector are respectively inserted into the inlet and outlet of the valve. And tighten the two end compression nuts for sealing. We can provide valves in three specifications of 20, 25, and 40S for various pulse bag filters with different processing (purification) air volumes to choose from. The valve body and valve cover are densely die cast and covered with transparent paint on the surface to improve performance. The sealing gasket on the membrane is made of metal and rubber composite, with good rigidity and no leakage. The electromagnetic pilot head has a strong suction force and operates sensitively and reliably. The valve has good opening performance and can open normally at 85% of the rated voltage. The valve has good closing performance and can reliably close at a pressure of 0.15Mpa.
Precautions for SYXC-J Right Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valve:
1、 After opening the box, check whether the user manual, factory certificate of conformity, and packing list are correct. Check if the nameplate matches the purchase order.
2、 Before installation, please blow the air bag and pipelines. (The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the closed state. After entering the air bag, open the drain valve to allow impurities to be discharged with the gas. Then repeat several times.) Then open the electromagnetic pulse valve to avoid foreign objects damaging the diaphragm and causing the electromagnetic pulse valve to malfunction.
3、 When the electromagnetic pulse valve malfunctions, it is recommended to install a bypass device for timely isolation and easy maintenance.
4、 The arrow on the valve body of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Otherwise, it cannot be used normally.
5、 The installation method of the electromagnetic pulse valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipeline, with the coil facing upwards. When conditions do not permit, a tilt of ± 30 ° is allowed.
6、 For the normal use of the electromagnetic pulse valve, please install an oil-water separator in front of the electromagnetic pulse valve.
7、 To prevent accidents such as explosions caused by electric sparks in hazardous environments, explosion-proof solenoid valves should be used.
8、 If the electromagnetic pulse valve is not installed temporarily, it can be stored indoors at 0-40 ℃, with a relative humidity of ≤ 80%, but without corrosive gases, and outdoor storage should be avoided as much as possible.
