1、 Working principle of SZL type rotary grille

The SZL type rotary grille is mainly composed of a unique set of rake teeth assembled in a certain order to form a rotating rake tooth chain. It is driven by a motor reducer, and the rake tooth chain rotates from bottom to top in the opposite direction of the water surface. When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guiding effect of the groove wheel and the curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth. As a result, the vast majority of solid matter falls off from top to bottom by gravity, while the other part relies on the reverse motion of the rubber brush to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.
