Design features
Ultra pure polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a natural, unpainted high-purity material. The nozzle of Saigang is made of PVDF, which can maintain a highly purified processing environment and is particularly suitable for production processes that require ultra purity.
The high-temperature resistant Saigang nozzle can withstand up to 148 ℃ under a pressure of 7kg, making it very suitable for production processes such as development, rinsing, electroplating, etching, and film removal in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing.
Corrosion resistant PVDF has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Saigang nozzle can effectively spray various chlorides, acid, base or amino etchants, with excellent anti-aging performance.
The Saigang nozzle has a wide range of options and a long service life, with three joint sizes of "1/8", "1/4", and "3/8", suitable for most commonly used pipelines, and provides different spray flow rates and angles to meet various needs. PVDF is a high hardness material with strong mechanical strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
