7、 When the filtration pressure reaches the allowable level and the liquid outlet or water nozzle is rarely close to the outlet, the filter chamber is full. At this time, stop the pump and press the return button

8、 After the return is completed, the automatic plate pulling type starts to pick up the plates, and the manual type manually pulls out the filter plates one by one to unload. When unloading, the materials should be cleaned thoroughly
(Special residue on the sealing surface of the filter cloth), the filter plates should be arranged neatly and parallel, and after unloading, they should be compressed and enter the next filtration cycle.
9、 If it is a diaphragm press type, after the feeding is completed, close the feeding valve and then turn on the secondary pressure pump or air pump. The maximum secondary pressure should not exceed
After passing 1.2MPa, select the secondary pressurization (holding pressure) time according to the material situation, discharge the secondary pressurization medium after meeting the requirements, and then return it
When returning, the secondary pressurized medium must be completely drained.
