Scanning electrolytic etching machine

This machine is a scanning electrolytic etching machine, with a standard processing size of 600 × 1200mm. Other required sizes can be customized.
It belongs to a new type of electrolytic etching machining model specially launched by Zhengcheng Company. It adopts a conductive worktable, with a gantry type electrolytic spray machining pole frame arranged above it, which can move left and right to perform electrolytic etching wherever it moves. It has high flexibility in operation, and different large and small metal plates can be placed at any position on the worktable for etching. Multiple pieces can be arranged and processed simultaneously, and whole large and long plates can also be processed without waiting for other etching machining models to enter and exit. The etching process and effect can be viewed at any time;
This machine also has other characteristics of electrolytic etching machines, such as environmental protection and economy. It is particularly suitable for small batch or loose part processing of metal plates or signs, as well as experimental etching requirements for other special units.
