Electric valve is a product in automatic control valves, which can not only achieve switching function, but also adjust the valve position of regulating electric valves. The stroke of electric actuators can be divided into two types: 90 ° angular stroke and linear stroke, and special requirements can also meet the full stroke of 180 °, 270 °, and 360 °. By using an electric actuator with angular travel and a valve with angular travel, the valve can be rotated within 90 degrees to control the flow of fluid in the pipeline; A straight stroke electric actuator is used in conjunction with a straight stroke valve to control the flow of fluid in the pipeline through the up and down movement of the valve plate.

1. To prevent condensed water from entering the actuator of the electric control valve, a heating resistor needs to be installed in situations where there are large changes in ambient temperature or humidity.
2. During installation, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the calibration arrow on the valve body. Electric control valves should generally be equipped with bypass pipelines. When the diameter of the valve is different from the diameter of the pipeline, tapered fittings should be used. The installation location of Siemens electric valves should leave sufficient space for easy debugging and maintenance.
3. Electric valves are installed upright on horizontal pipelines, and can also be installed freely for special needs, except for using electric control valves to invert. When the valve is installed upside down due to its heavy weight or vibration, a support frame should be added.
4. When installing an electric valve, additional pressure should be avoided. When installing a Siemens electric valve in a long pipeline, a support frame should be installed, and corresponding shock absorption measures should be taken in situations with severe vibration.
5. Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove dirt. After installation, the valve should be fully opened, and the pipeline and valve should be cleaned and the sealing of each connection should be tested.
6. Pay attention to moisture prevention, place dust to accelerate the wear of valve stem and seasoning, causing leakage at the packing. In addition, when installed in outdoor places, a protective cover should be added to prevent exposure to sunlight and moisture.
7. After connecting the electrical circuit, check if the fiber switch is correct. First, manually adjust the large stroke of the actuator. After installing the housing, send a short electrical signal in both directions and observe the push rod and valve stem. If the actuator is installed incorrectly, for single-phase motors, simply exchange the on/off wires to avoid exceeding the valve stroke.
