Temperature control valve, abbreviated as temperature control valve, is a typical application of flow regulating valve in the field of temperature control. Its basic principle is to control the inlet flow of heat exchangers, air conditioning units or other heating and cooling equipment, and primary heating (cooling) medium to achieve the control of equipment outlet temperature. When the load changes, adjust the flow rate by changing the valve opening degree to eliminate the impact of load fluctuations and restore the temperature to the set value.

The self operated temperature regulating valve utilizes the principle of liquid thermal expansion and incompressibility to achieve automatic regulation. The liquid expansion inside the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control function is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature sensing liquid inside the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve core downwards to close the valve and reduce the flow rate of the heat medium; When the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid contracts, and the reset spring pushes the valve core to open, increasing the flow rate of the heat medium.

Electric temperature control valve is a typical application in temperature control fields such as HVAC. The controller has PI and PID regulation functions, precise control, multi loop control, diverse functions, and can achieve control of fluid flow rate, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, enthalpy value, and air quality. The actuator has electric mechanical and electric hydraulic types, with manual and automatic adjustment functions, sensitive adjustment, large shut-off force, and adjustable flow characteristics (linear percentage). Electric hydraulic actuator with power-off automatic reset protection function, can receive 0-10V or 4-20mA signals and has valve position feedback function. The valve body is a flow regulating valve, suitable for regulating chilled water, low-pressure hot water, domestic hot water, high-pressure hot water, seawater, hot oil, and steam in circulation pipelines. It has good linearity, large adjustability, tight sealing, high temperature resistance, and anti cavitation.
