The standard platinum resistance thermometer is an interpolation instrument that transmits the international temperature scale in the range of 13.8033K-960.78 ℃. It is used as a standard for calibrating various standard thermometers and precision temperature measuring instruments, and can also be directly used for high-precision measurement in the above temperature range.

The standard platinum resistance thermometer measures temperature based on the law that the resistance of platinum metal changes correspondingly with temperature. According to the regulations of ITS-90, T90 is defined using a platinum resistance thermometer within the temperature range from the equilibrium hydrogen triple point (13.8033K) to the silver solidification point (960.78 ℃). It uses a set of defined fixed points and reference functions, as well as a deviation function for interpolating temperature, to calibrate. The above temperature zone is further divided into several temperature zones, which are determined by thermometers with different structures and can function normally.

Transportation and usage precautions

1. The product comes with a packaging box when it leaves the factory for storing standard platinum resistance thermometers. For long-distance transportation, a wooden shipping outer packaging box is required to avoid damage to the quartz glass tube.

2. During transportation, the product should avoid severe vibrations and bumps to prevent appearance breakage or platinum resistance exceeding the tolerance due to external stress.

3. Before use, check if the factory number of WZPB-2 matches the product number on the calibration certificate.

4. Please keep the metrological verification certificate attached to the product properly when it leaves the factory, and bring the original verification certificate with you during the next verification.
