1、 Application scope

3、 Curved submersible mixerTransportation and Storage

1During transportation, the mixing shaft and impeller must not be subjected to pressure or collision, and must be loaded and unloaded using lifting equipment. The surface of the impeller should be protected from scratches.2Long term storage should avoid high temperature and high humidity environments. The mixing shaft should be suspended vertically, and the impeller should be placed on a flat surface to prevent deformation.

4、 Curved mixerinstall

1The bridge frame should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The anchor bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.

2Place the shock absorber seat flat on the designated position of the bridge frame, align it horizontally, and connect it to the bridge frame for fixation.

3The deceleration motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.

4Connect and tighten the impeller and mixing shaft flange with bolts.

5Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer.

6After the installation of the mixer, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Vertical deviation less than1/1000And not exceeding5mm.

7After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the mixer rotates flexibly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than3/1000
