Can achieve automation of feeding, ignition, and temperature control; It can greatly reduce the air volume once, and there is no need for combustion assistance during the gasification process, making it highly efficient and energy-saving; It can reduce the final emissions of flue gas, thereby lowering the total amount of pollutant emissions and the cost of flue gas treatment; The tail oxygen enriched combustion can also increase the combustion temperature in the furnace, ensure the combustion of garbage, and improve the utilization efficiency of garbage heat. The investment and operating costs of the garbage gasifier are relatively low, effectively meeting the needs of solid waste treatment with full coverage and dispersed points, and changing the current situation of primitive garbage stacking, simple landfill, open burning and other treatment methods.

Selection of pyrolysis and gasification for agricultural waste

The equipment includes a feeding system, pyrolysis vaporization system, gas recovery and utilization system, flue gas purification and emission system, residue discharge system, and monitoring and control system.

1) The feeding system has two feeding ports, one for providing materials to the pyrolysis zone of the pyrolysis furnace, and the other for providing materials to the mixed gas reaction zone. The feeding adopts hydraulic piston pushing method.

2) Thermal decomposition gasification system There are two working areas in the pyrolysis gasifier, one is the pyrolysis area, and the other is the mixed gas reaction and gasification area. The mixed gas reaction and gasification area is the core area of the pyrolysis furnace. It will carry out secondary or multiple reactions of all gases, tar, and organic acids generated during the pyrolysis of garbage to produce high-quality combustible gas.

3) Gas recycling and utilization system. The main purpose is to discharge and utilize the pyrolysis gas after preliminary treatment.

4) Smoke purification and emission system. The main purpose is to wet desulfurize the flue gas after pyrolysis gas combustion to meet emission standards. Due to the low dust content in the gas, the flue gas purification system reduces bag dust removal and dioxin removal equipment.
