4 Technical Requirements

The supplied products should comply with the dual certification of gas and dust, and the "gas and dust" dual mark certification should be reflected on the explosion-proof certificate. Can be used in environments with pollution level 3, altitude not exceeding 1000m, operating environment temperature not higher than+55C, not lower than -10 ° C, relative humidity not exceeding 98% (at+25C), and corrosive media in the air

4.1 Technical requirements for operation column

4.1.1. The operating column shall be made of imported anti-static glass fiber reinforced polymer SMC engineering plastic (must meet anti-static requirements: 10 ° -10 ° Q), and a national third-party testing report shall be provided. It is required to have high strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static, anti-aging, UV resistance, and beautiful appearance. The junction surface of the shell and the cover adopts a labyrinth structure, and the -- body type foaming silicone rubber seal ring is used to make the overall shell waterproof and dust-proof (IP66), anti-corrosion (WF2) and other functions.

4.1.2. The shell of the operating column must comply with national and industry environmental protection requirements. In the event of an accident or environmental conditions, the product should not experience combustion, explosion, or produce harmful effects. It should be able to operate safely for a long time and continuously under the specified environmental and power conditions. Explosion proof operating columns, whether manufactured domestically or imported from abroad, must have IECEX explosion-proof certification and testing reports for all internal components (reports can be issued by the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, Shanghai Instrument and Automation System Testing Institute Instrument Explosion proof and Safety Supervision and Inspection Station, Petrochemical Industry Electrical Product Explosion proof Supervision and Inspection Center, or Machinery Industry Low voltage Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center). They should also comply with the requirements of Chinese national standards and have laboratory inspection reports. The rainproof cover of the operating column must be made of stainless steel 304 material, with a thickness requirement of ≥ 1.5mm, surface brushed treatment, and three sided rainproof type. A 304 material testing report is required.

4. 2.4 The shell adopts the "one-time injection molding/compression molding" process of high-precision steel mold compression molding, which has the characteristics of high strength, impact resistance, anti-aging, anti sunlight, anti-static, strong anti-corrosion F2, etc. The entire series of product molds are formed to ensure the overall high precision and long service life of the product; The consistency of overall coordination reduces the potential quality risks caused by various designs in the production process. The cover and body are designed in a concave convex sealing form, with disposable rubber sealing strips in the cover groove, and the panel screws are tightened to ensure an overall protection level of IP66.
