Working principle of building decoration waste iron remover:
　　When a metal object passes through the induction coil of a metal detector, under the action of an alternating electromagnetic field, the metal object has good conductivity and generates significant eddy current losses, causing the amplitude of the oscillator to decrease and be detected. At this time, the metal detector sends a signal to the program cabinet. After a delay of 6 seconds, the electromagnetic system starts working. At this time, the metal object on the belt conveyor just reaches below the electromagnetic iron remover. The iron remover lifts up the magnetic metal object. After about 3 seconds, the electric car on the iron remover brings the iron remover to the material recycling bin. Therefore, a second metal detector should be designed and installed 5m behind the iron remover. When the second metal detector detects metal, the belt conveyor stops after a time relay delay, and the operator goes to the set position to pick up non-magnetic metal and put it into the recycling bin.
