The QXB2.2 submersible centrifugal aerator for aerobic biological treatment is a self-priming aerator with a direct coupled structure. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller creates negative pressure at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air and water. Using the function of the impeller, a certain proportion of air and water are mixed in the mixing chamber. Under strong centrifugal force, the two-phase flow of air and water is rectified along the tangential direction of the impeller through the flow channel, and then diffuses in the circumferential direction. The fine and tiny bubbles fully blend with the water, thus achieving the effect of oxygenation and aeration.

Working Principle:


The QXB2.2 submersible centrifugal aerator for aerobic biological treatment is directly driven by a motor and impeller. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air. In the mixing chamber, air and water are fully mixed to form a uniform air-water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
