1. Shell material: The aeration fan adopts * degree die cast aluminum, which is the same aluminum material as the Mercedes Benz wheel hub. Compared with ordinary aluminum alloy, die cast aluminum is stronger and has a lighter weight effect compared to iron shell fans. 2. Motor performance: The aeration fan adopts a wide frequency and voltage motor, which is included in single-phase 110V/230V industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted from 45-75HZ, with an IP55 protection level and F-class insulation level. Its advantages are beyond the reach of domestic motors and are highly favored by customers at home and abroad. 3. Fan oil seal: The aeration fan adopts German MERKEL oil seal, and the German MERKEL material uses fluororubber that can withstand temperatures from -25 ℃ to 300 ℃. Compared to the general oil seal, its lip temperature is 20-50 ℃ higher than the working medium temperature during operation, making it more stable in performance, maintenance free, and has a longer lifespan. 4. Fan bearings: The core components of the aeration fan are made of German SKF and NSK brand bearings, which can withstand a high temperature of 350 degrees Celsius and a speed of 4000 revolutions per minute. Compared to domestically produced Luo axis bearings, human-oriented bearings have stable performance, low noise, maintenance free, longer lifespan, and can ensure longer fan operation.

Compared to centrifugal fans and medium pressure fans, their pressure is much higher, often more than ten times that of centrifugal fans; 4. 1. The quality of sewage treatment fan aerators in the domestic market is diverse, with varying quality and a wide price range. Due to the lack of relevant industry standards, workshop style production methods are commonly used. If the release amount of the aerator (which is related to water depth, pressure, flow rate, and the quality of the aerator film) cannot meet the process requirements, resulting in a blower flow release rate of less than 70%, surge and increased blower pressure will occur. 2. The problem of flow velocity in the sewage treatment fan pipeline should be controlled below 16m/s. The faster the flow velocity, the greater the resistance in the pipeline network, which may cause the blower to surge and increase the blower load. 3. The hardness of the tension spring in check valves produced by different enterprises varies, resulting in different local resistance losses. If the overall pipeline resistance loss is greater than the outlet pressure of the blower, surge will also occur. When the blower is stopped, the inlet butterfly valve should be closed first, and then the outlet butterfly valve should be closed. This can avoid water backflow problems and does not require the installation of an outlet check valve. Adding check valves will increase resistance losses, equipment costs, and operating expenses. 4. According to industry standards, the design temperature of the aeration blower is 20 ℃, and for every 1 ℃ increase, the outlet pressure will decrease by about 20mmH2O. For example, when the summer temperature is 38 ℃, the outlet pressure will decrease by 360mmH2O. Fengyuan Machinery Company has raised the design temperature of the blower inlet to 37 ℃ based on the climate characteristics of high temperatures in most regions of China during summer. This means that under coaxial power, the outlet pressure is 340mmH2O higher than the national standard. According to the specific situation of the usage site, when selecting the blower, the influence of temperature changes on the outlet pressure of the blower should also be considered. When the maximum temperature Tmax of the fan is greater than 37 ℃, compensate for the inlet pressure at 20mmH2O/1 ℃. 5. Regardless of the type of aeration blower, its efficiency is relative and cannot always be maintained in actual operation. Any increase in resistance (such as valve, pipe bend, aerator resistance) will reduce efficiency. So maintaining high efficiency operation of the blower is closely related to the design of the process flow. 6. The problem of grid connection of aeration sewage treatment blower. When two or more blowers are connected to the grid, the increased resistance caused by grid connection must be considered. In the past, some users used a single blower to operate normally, but when two or more blowers were connected to the grid, there was insufficient air flow and motor current, which was related to factors such as overall gas supply capacity, aerator layout, synchronized release capacity, and reasonable gas pipeline configuration. 7. The use of vent valves for aeration sewage treatment fans. Multiple fans are connected in parallel, and only one vent valve needs to be installed. When starting the blower, if the aeration head is not yet connected, the vent valve can be opened to release some of the gas, allowing the blower to reach a certain flow rate. After the pressure is stabilized, the vent valve can be closed. This can solve the problem of pressure surge caused by low flow.
