1、 Classification of models for sewage treatment air flotation machines:

According to the method of air dissolution, it can be divided into inflatable air flotation machine, dissolved air flotation machine, and electrolytic air flotation machine. The principle is to efficiently mix gases or two or more different liquids that are difficult to dissolve in water (producing fine bubbles with a particle size of 20-50 microns). Using tiny bubbles as carriers to adhere to impurity particles in water, the particles are carried by the bubbles and float to the surface to separate from the water, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

2、 Working principle of air flotation equipment

The working principle of air flotation equipment is to form a saturated dissolved gas carrier in a dissolved gas tank with an appropriate amount of air and some reflux water under a certain pressure (0.35~0.45Mpa). After sudden pressure reduction by a release device, a large number of fine bubbles are obtained, which quickly adhere to the flowing particles, emulsified oil, bath and flocs in the water, causing the flocs to have a lower specific gravity than water and be forced to float rapidly on the water surface, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.

In the process combination of complex and difficult wastewater treatment, air flotation treatment is accompanied by aeration phenomenon, which reduces surface activity and organic concentration, greatly reduces oxygen consumption, promotes further purification of wastewater, and provides favorable water quality for lower level treatment.

6、 Operation and use instructions for sewage treatment air flotation equipment

1. Debugging of air flotation machine:

I、 First, fill the air flotation tank with clean water, open the inlet and outlet valves and release valves of the reflux pump, and close the inlet and suction valves of the jet injector.

II、 Start the reflux pump;

III、 Inject water into the dissolved gas tank until the pump's own pressure rises to between 0.45-0.65MPa. Slowly open the inlet valve of the jet injector and adjust the pressure inside the tank to 0.45-0.5MPa. Slightly open the inlet valve and introduce a small amount of air to adjust the pressure inside the tank to between 0.35-0.42MPa.

IV、 After the dissolved gas system stabilizes, the release device releases a large amount of bubbles and is ready to run in water. The entire process takes about 15 minutes.

V、 Under normal circumstances, only two steps (2) and (4) need to be followed each time the device is turned on; Start the reflux pump and wait for the dissolved gas system to stabilize.

2. Operation of air flotation equipment

I、 First, open the inlet and outlet valves of the water tank reflux pump, and close the inlet and outlet valves as well as the suction valve of the jet injector.

II、 Turn on the reflux pump.

III、 Inject water into the dissolved gas tank until the pump's own pressure reaches between 0.45-0.65MPa, slowly open the inlet valve of the jet injector, adjust the pressure inside the tank to 0.45-0.5MPa, slightly open the inlet valve to introduce a small amount of air, and adjust the pressure inside the tank to between 0.30-0.42MPa.

Activate the lift pump in the collection tank to inject wastewater into the air flotation machine.

V、 Add an appropriate amount of coagulant to the dissolution tank, dissolve it in clean water, open the valve of the dissolution tank, drip the coagulant, and mix it with the wastewater in the reaction zone of the air flotation machine for reaction

VI、 After the air flotation machine is turned on for a period of time, there is floating slag on the surface of the water. When the thickness of the floating slag reaches 5-10CM, the scraper is started to scrape the floating slag into the slag tank.

3. Air flotation equipment shutdown

I、 First, turn off the sewage lift pump and stop lifting the wastewater

II、 Close the outlet valve of the air flotation machine, but continue to operate for 10-15 minutes

III、 Scrape off the floating slag inside the air flotation machine and turn off the reflux pump

7、 Precautions for air flotation equipment:

I、 Before starting the air flotation machine, check if the inlet and outlet valves of the reflux pump are open, and if the exhaust valve and vent valve at the bottom of the dissolved air tank are closed.

II、 Add a certain amount of coagulant into the dissolving tank, and the dosage should be appropriate. （500-600mg/L）

III、 After using the air flotation machine for a period of time, it should be cleaned regularly. (Clean once every 1-2 months.)
