The basic working mode of the universal circuit breaker controller is to automatically select the operating mechanism and the pre-set working conditions of the arc extinguishing chamber based on the detected different fault currents. The working process of an intelligent molded case circuit breaker is as follows: when a system fault occurs, the relay protection device sends a disconnection signal or the operator sends an operation signal, the intelligent recognition module is first activated to determine the current working conditions of the circuit breaker, and different quantitative control information is sent to the regulating device to automatically adjust the parameters of the operating mechanism to obtain motion characteristics that are suitable for the current system working state, and then the circuit breaker is activated.
