1. The control part of the HD7Q41X fully hydraulic control check butterfly valve adopts a fully hydraulic control form, which replaces the heavy hammer part with an accumulator to reduce energy loss, simplify the transmission mechanism, and take up space, similar to general butterfly valves. Easy to install, can be installed horizontally on the left and right sides, or vertically.

2. This valve is installed after the pump and can replace two valves, gate valve (butterfly valve) and check valve. And the flow resistance coefficient is small, the flow resistance coefficient of large-diameter butterfly valves is only slightly higher than that of gate valves. Therefore, this type of valve is an energy-saving product.

3. When the HD7Q41X valve is closed, the time and switching angle of the fast and slow closing sections can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the pipeline system or user requirements, thereby eliminating or reducing water hammer and protecting the system.

4. If all travel switches use inductive proximity switches and the hydraulic station is removed, the protection level can reach IP67.
