1.Pneumatic V-shaped ball valvestructural characteristics

1. The V-shaped ball valve adopts a movable valve seat structure loaded with butterfly springs or cylindrical springs. The valve seat and V-shaped core do not have problems such as jamming or detachment, and the seal is reliable with a long service life;

2. The V-shaped cut ball core and valve seat have a shear effect, which is particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry, etc;

3. According to different working conditions, various advanced processes such as soft sealing, spray welding nickel based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), supersonic spraying tungsten cobalt alloy (hardness greater than HRC70), and special hardening materials can be used for sealing the ball and valve seat, which are suitable for various harsh working conditions. Soft sealing is suitable for working conditions below 200 ℃, hard sealing carbon steel does not exceed 425 ℃, and stainless steel does not exceed 600 ℃.

4. Worm gear transmission has precise adjustment and reliable positioning functions, with approximately equal percentage flow characteristics, a large adjustable range, and high adjustment accuracy;

5. When fully open, the flow capacity is large, the pressure loss is small, and the medium will not deposit in the cavity of the valve body.
