Overview
The CW type side entry liquid mixer is mainly used for large reaction tanks and storage tanks to mix and stir the medium and prevent settling operations. The CW type side entry liquid mixer adopts three sealing forms for safety and reliability, with a working pressure of 0~1.0MPa and a working temperature of -10~100 ℃. The transmission shaft adopts a special structural design, which can easily replace vulnerable parts such as mechanical seals and bearings without disassembling the whole machine.

Side entry liquid mixer CW typeIt is to install the mixing device on the side wall of the equipment cylinder. The mixer on the mixer usually adopts axial flow type, with push type mixers being the most common. Under the same power consumption, it can achieve the highest mixing effect, with power consumption only 1/3 to 2/3 of top mixing and cost only 1/4 to 1/3 of top mixing. The speed can be between 200-750r/min.

1. Purpose: This device is used for mixing and stirring media in large reaction tanks and storage tanks. Installed on the tank wall, usually 2-4 sets are set along the periphery, and the mixer is a push type with a horizontal or inclined axis direction.
Operating temperature: 0-50 ℃, operating pressure: atmospheric pressure -0.3MPa
Mixing speed: 300r/min, medium: weakly corrosive organic solvent, non flammable and non explosive medium.
2. Features: This device adopts three sealing forms, which are safe and reliable:
a. 212 type corrugated tube single end mechanical seal is the main seal;
b. Parking seal: When replacing the main seal, the mixing shaft stops driving, and the parking seal works to prevent leakage of the medium inside the tank;
c. The impeller seal prevents solid particles and crystals in the medium from entering the main seal for protection. The transmission shaft on the rack of this device can be extracted, making it extremely convenient to replace the mechanical seal at the square hole of the rack.
