Silicon Radar Transceiver TRX_120_001 RadarGermanySince 2006, Silicon Radar GmbH, headquartered in Oder, Germany, has been developing standardized chip products and customer specific solutions for various radar market sectors. In 2014, Silicon Rada radar product RTRX_120_001 internal product 24 GHz radar front-end was put into production. Since then, Silicon Radar has evolved from a service provider in the MMIC (Single Chip Microwave Integrated Circuit) market to a product provider.

The team at Silicon Radar GmbH has been continuously growing for over 10 years. At the same time, 34 high-quality employees have been hired, and the Silicon Rada radar product RTRX_120_001 combines years of chip design experience with profound system knowledge of modern radar algorithms. In the chip design team, there are eight employees working on the Silicon Rada radar product RTRX_120_001, some of whom are PhD employees. The focus of Silicon Radar is on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-frequency circuits for radar, sensors, and wireless communication using SiGe BiCMOS technology manufactured by IHS/Frankfurt (Oder) at 24 GHz, 60 GHz, and 120 GHz. Our demanding on-chip system solution combines analog and digital circuit components (mixed signal), with advanced technology and economic feasibility. Our ASIC solution includes MMICs, which operate at a frequency of 300 GHz in various application fields.
